I keep coming back to these! And the last one -- all I can think of when I look at it is:

Up in the air and over the wall, Till I can see so wide, River and trees and cattle and all Over the countryside--
Till I look down on the garden green, Down on the roof so brown-- Up in the air I go flying again, Up in the air and down!"
Grandma used to read that to me (ALL the time because it was my favorite!) and it continues to be the only poem I've ever memorized! That's what your painting says to me when I look at it. Thank you!

these are so great! I love the bird cage in the first one.
I like that you made one of Genesee as a young girl, it makes me wonder if you could do a series on families like that, like commissioned.
