Sage and I are babysitting my cousin right now. It's not really much babysitting seeing as he's in the backyard in pink boots and a big coat. He's autistic and so even when we went out to try and be good babysitter cousins, he didn't pay us a lick of attention, rather he was busy skipping up a little rock bed, then down, then up, then down for the past hour. He seemed pretty content and kept saying little phrases from Peter Pan to himself, in all sorts of languages nonetheless. Sometimes I think I should learn a good lesson from kids like that, just enjoying a Saturday morning because the sun is shining and there is nothing else to do.

I love your words -- I'm picturing the whole scenario perfectly. And I love it!
